Misleading colors and text in the confirmation or rejection buttons for exam grades

Problem I think that the colors of the exam mark acceptance or rejection buttons are misleading and unclear, being a key (and irreversible) action I think they should be clearer.

Another problem: Both by choosing accept and reject the exact same confirmation text appears, it should be different from case to case and clearly indicate the action being performed.
