Version for Ecosystem release v1.0

I see the latest release is 0.1.4 but it seems quite old, also considering we have added the CLEF repo to the ecosystem release. Since there are changes after the last release, I am going to create a tag v0.1.5 for the Polifonia Ecosystem in preparation for release 1.0. Later, @marilenadaquino you can decide whether to use it for a new release.
