Add customers table to cancellations analytics

It'd be nice to have a table of subscriptions/customers that cancelled that basically is a detailed list of the cancellations in the current cancellations graph that we already have. That cancellations graph could then maybe be interactive and scroll the list to the correct day or filter it based on cancellation reason.
