Orders: Reflect an order to be Failed/Canceled (vs Pending) if the subscription is canceled or the order actually fails in Stripe

One of our merchants reached out to us requesting that the purchases (for the REDACTED user) be shown as NOT pending but rather the definitive state of canceled/failed in the dashboard since the subscription is now canceled and no amount is due and the retries are automatically turned off for the end-customer.
