From the ticket

A merchant with quite an explosive growth is unable to bulk manage discount codes. This means that they have to delete used discount codes one-by-one, which is inefficient and time-consuming.

Describe the solution you'd like

A way to bulk select and delete (or otherwise manage) multiple discount codes at once via the UI.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Manual deletion of each code individually.

Additional context

Bulk management would greatly improve workflow for users generating lots of discount codes.
