Expose line items of the estimated payout fees modal

It would be highly useful to expose the following line items in the estimated payout fees modal breakdown:

• $2 fee: Indicate clearly whether a $2 fee is being applied or not for the specific payout.
• $0.25 flat fee: Show whether the $0.25 flat fee is applied and its value for the transaction.
• Conversion rate: Make it explicit if a conversion rate is being applied (for example, for Bangladesh it's 0.75%).

This will improve transparency for users and developers integrating with Polar and Stripe payouts, and allow more accurate accounting and user communication per-country.
