Image not uploaded when creating OAuth application in settings

From a ticket and another and another

When creating an OAuth application in the settings page, the image is not being uploaded as expected.

in the network tab it results with 400 Bad Request, payload: {"error":"Unauthenticated"} but thats misleading since I'm right there in the dashboard.

Current Behavior

Attempting to upload an image during OAuth application creation does not result in the image being saved or displayed. No error is shown.

Expected Behavior

The uploaded image should be saved and shown for the newly created OAuth application in settings.
