Payouts: Cannot re-setup Stripe Connect account after deletion: CORS/Network errors

Description
When a Polar employee uses the "Delete Stripe Connect account" option in the backoffice, attempting to set up a new Stripe Connect account by the Merchant results in errors such as "CORS error" or "Network error occurred" instead of allowing a clean re-setup.
Current Behavior
After deleting the Stripe Connect account from the backoffice, merchants are unable to re-add a new account due to persistent errors (CORS, network errors). The expected linking process of the Stripe Connect account does not proceed normally.
Expected Behavior
Once a Stripe Connect account is deleted, merchants should be able to set up a new Stripe Connect account without encountering errors. The onboarding flow should work as if it is a fresh setup.
