Products: Not all meters show up when attaching meter to product price via 'add price'

Description

When attaching a meter to the product price using the add price functionality, not all available meters are displayed in the selection list.

Relevant customer emails: 1, 2

Current Behavior

When attempting to add a meter to a product price, the meter list is incomplete and does not show all meters that should be available to attach.

Expected Behavior

All meters (via pagination or search filter) should be shown and selectable when using the add price in the configuring the product price feature.
