Proration Option: Pay instant on upgrade, refund first upon renewal

We offer the ability to either prorate upgrade/downgrades at renewal or invoice directly.

However, customers request the ability for a third option: Invoice directly on upgrade, but prorate (balance) on renewal vs. instantly.

In order to avoid abuse of it for credits by customers, i.e upgrading for more credits and downgrading to get a refund, but keep the credits.
