Customer Portal - Plan switching error isn't handled gracefully when no payment method is entered
Description
Generated a customer portal link for my user using the SDK. I went to the URL, pressed on "Switch Plan", chose a paid plan as I was currently on the free plan, then when submitting the form I get a 400 network error.
Current Behavior
Nothing happens apart from a 400 network error.
Expected Behavior
Error message or show payment form to the user.
