Just thought I would let you know, your fly in that collects the compliance info... I clicked slightly out of it when it was almost complete... all info lost...

We should give a warning before closing the modal, or find a way to retain the state.

I think the best approach here would be to persist the data locally until submitted. I think we've done that with other forms if I'm not mistaken.
