Webhooks: Benefit grant/revoke

Feature request: Webhooks upon license key creation and updates.

We can implement this more generically for all product benefits. By introducing two new webooks:

• benefit.granted
• benefit.revoked

By default sending the benefit grant data. However, we should also expand our benefit protocol to support each type to customize some metadata to include in the webhook. Ensuring license keys can pass the full license key beyond the ID available in the grant_properties.
