ranking and rebalnce portfolio monthly

hello, im new to VectorBt...iwas looking for an example of ranking stocks based on their momentum and rebalance the portfolio monthly buiyng the 2 best and seklling the 2 worst.

it would be very helpful for me to see an example code in order to adappt it to other ranking schemes.
