flash remain in the all windows

sorry for my poor english first when i open a window with flash in firefox and then switch to other tab or window the flash remain in the position it was in even iconify the firefox and open other application , flash is post there

0.4.9 has not this problem it just happen in the git version

I don't use flash. Can you provide some info about the flash window? xwininfo & xprop output could be useful.
