Enhanced docker-compose for blockchain nodes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. All blockchain nodes are isolated in their docker-compose.,yaml configuration. We will be creating a docker-compose.yaml that refers to them and update/add those who are left behind

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Add a central docker-compose.yaml that references to blockchain node docker-compose.yaml
  • Fix eth/add (erigon)/avax/xdai/fuse
  • Adds nginx entries and optiona basic auth using .htpasswd
