DNP Chains verification has wrong path

Describe the bug Currently the path here: https://github.com/pokt-network/pocket-core-deployments/blob/staging/dappnode/build/command.sh#L13

Is outlined as: /home/app/.pocket/chains.json and it should be /home/app/.pocket/config/chains.json
