Flawed Dex Descriptions

Describe the bug Many dex entries are incorrect. For instance, some kanto pokemon have the descriptions of their alolan counterparts. In some cases, the same problem applies to pokemon and their galarian variants.

To Reproduce There are many examples, but one is using the p!d raichu command, which returns the description: "This Pokémon rides on its tail while it uses its psychic powers to levitate. It attacks with star-shaped thunderbolts." This is the description for Alolan Raichu, however the bot uses it for regular raichu.

Expected behavior It must be noted this problem regards many dex entries (most of the pokemon with alolan/galarian forms). In the indicated example of raichu, the expected output should be: "If its electric pouches run empty, it raises its tail to gather electricity from the atmosphere." This description is the most up to date description for raichu (from pokemon shield).

Additional context There are also many special pokemon like different forms of certain pokemon and cap pikas which have descriptions in the actual games which are not yet in the bot. (This part is not a bug, but rather a minor enhancement to improve user experience.)
