[SUGGESTION]: Farmer NPC to teach about useful wanderers in Kanto
Current Behavior
The Fan Club chairman in Vermilion city teaches the player about type eggs but there is no NPC explaining why the farm is useful or why the player should invest in it beyond mutating more berries "just because".
Improved Behavior
The Kanto Berry Master or a new farmer NPC hinting to the player to explore mutating more berries on the farm like Occa/Rindo/Passho for the purpose of saving QP on type eggs which could incentivise the player to explore the farm even further and understand its usefulness earlier.
Reason for change
Currently, a lot new players ignore the farm because they think its useless while complaining about the amount of QP they're expected to spend on eggs and Kanto in general. Many new people don't realise until much later that the farm can save them a lot of QP from type eggs by mutating certain berries and give in-game auras unless they're told on the discord or are the type of player to deep-dive into the wiki (not many). By adding an NPC which hints at reasons to explore mutating, even if the player chooses to still use QP and not use the farm, they have a better understanding of why the farm can be useful and have more likelihood to explore further.
Detailed Description
The NPC should be located in Cerulean city when you unlock the farm or a neighbouring city where type eggs can be bought. They could say something on the lines of:
"Buying all these water eggs sure is expensive....but one day when I was tending to my passho berries, a squirtle suddenly appeared! Maybe I could save even MORE quest points on eggs if I keep mutating berries...."
