Outdated links to models

The quickstart script (origami/quickstart/00_setup.sh) contains outdated links where segmentation and ocr models are no longer available.

@rz65hege I updated the links, these should work now, however it might be a feat to get the models running due to the TensorFlow version used in Origami.

I still get an Error (400) when I access links.

@rz65hege For now, here's a manual dropbox link for the two models:

Both folders should be downloadable as zip.

I need to figure out how I can turn this into a reliable download via shell.
