Allow URL new tab feedback and help URL

In Accessibility, Toolbar I set an Help and a Feedback link. I need the feedback link to open in a new tab and not on the same window but there is no option to allow the link to be opened in a new tab.

Please consider add an option to specify where the link should open (same window or new tab)
