I don't think we ever had "key shortcuts" for the top menu (touchmenu.lua). The code in Menu.lua is the generic "key shortcut" that are shown when using Menu: file browser...

A few questions, just to be sure it's really needed to have a user choice of the translation server: - what is "youdao", is it letigitmate, known to be good...
