start the search function of the Hue bridge to find new lights

• [ ] find new lights (option SHIFT "F"). user has to confirm this action.
• [x] list found new and existing lights (option (SHIFT) "I", will also receive all light states), print labels/names as stored in Hue bridge, show current setting, color and/or running sequence.
