Unable to install/load via VCC

For the last 5 months or so, I've been having an issue with using DressingTools via the creator companion getting this error.

This made me assume that I was somehow IP blocked or something but I can make requests fine from any other application on the same domain so I'm not sure if it's something specific to the creator companion internally not able to make requests or my ISP specifically blocking this domain with the creator companion only since I'm able to get the JSON data with every other tool I try.

Edit as i'm typing this: I tried using curl via the command line and got that below. I wonder if that's what I'm receiving when using VCC which is why it isn't able to read the request.
