RFC overwriting manifest

Ref / Closes #335

plugin.yml fields are now the absolute only values used and not altered in anyway.

A simple problem can arise from this but has been mitigated, where plugins that currently differ in name will be forced to change their plugin.yml to the name currently used in poggit.
