which kernel versions is the StartImage/LoadImage stuff compatible with btw? @ardbiesheuvel would love your take on all of this!
also needs updates to `systemd-measure`, i.e. a new --lnxsig= switch or so, so that we can pre-calculate PCR values correctly also for kernels arranged with signatures. Patch should be trivial.
