Add GNOME Shell 41 support.

Add 41 to shell-version in metadata.json, works fine in this version of GNOME Shell.

Hi @rkitover, thank you for checking compatibility with Gnome 41. At the current moment, I cannot really verify, this is working, since I haven't moved my system to Gnome 41 yet. I might get another system running to check the compatibility. Are you using Xserver or Wayland sessions in Gnome, or were you able to test both?

I just tested both again to verify and it works. It works for me for the titlebar of Firefox but not for the titlebar of the kitty terminal, but that's a different bug and kitty has an option for that.

Thank you for your work, this is one of the extensions that makes GNOME a joy for me to use.

I am using GNOME 42 and a similar fix helps this be compatible for my system. Is there an official way that this needs to be tested before fixes like these will be merged into master? I would like to help :)
