When a live stream has ended or is pending, display the page with appropriate messaging

Currently when someone tries to visit the URL for a livestream that has ended (or is pending?), the URL will return a 404. This should be updated so the front-end displays the message "This livestream has ended." or "This livestream is scheduled for (time).".
