Add ability to manually order the podcast listing

Please add the ability to manually order the podcast listing. I like to have them listed in my listen prioritization order.

Another request. This person also requests an auto-play mechanism that would be based off the priority ranking. The latter feature would be a lot more work so...I think that's something we would tackle at a later time.

Add priority for each podcast. A numerical value we place on the importance of that podcast. And then in the view of episodes have a sort for priority. So if I am behind on my favorite podcast it will play all those episodes first and then the ones from the next lower priority. Within the same priority it sorts by date of course, so I listen in order. Thanks for a great program.
