Add total of new and unplayed episodes to the PodcastTableCell

Truly loving this app! The clip feature is amazing. I’m also a Bitcoin lightning guy. This is the future. You guys have the best one. Also love how your website is basically the same as the app. Also the future.

My feature request is simple. On the “podcast” tab where you show “# downloaded” could you also show “# new/unplayed” episodes?

This feature is how I decide what to listen to each day on my main app.

This might be a difficult feature to add with our current setup (podverse-rn and podverse-api). I'm not sure how we would handle the user history and comparing that to the total of episodes available in each podcast feed...
