Allow customizing navigation tabs so users can replace the default tabs with another of their choosing

Related to a feature request by Petre on the fediverse:

1. The queue is not easy to access, a link in bottom bar would be perfect for me. And it's not easy to manage, swipe to add/remove would be nice, bu it's very important to always know where the currently playing item is in the queue.

Just to elaborate a bit on the above, I would like to explain use case:

I subscribe to about 50 podcasts. I listen to every episode of a handful of them, I listed to an episode once in a while of about 10 podcasts (depending on topic or guest), the rest of them are discontinued or I just ignore (I subscribed to them just to have a memory of them). I use the queue as a 'listen later' playlist where I add episodes that I intend to listen in the next days/weeks. Once I want to start listening to something, I resume what was playing last or I browse the queue for something appropriate (depending on mood or activity) and re-order the queue to make sure something appropriate will play next. If the queue is empty. I browse new episodes and add a few to the queue. All this queuing is important for me, so I can start doing something like chores, biking, etc. without having to get to my phone again.

In order for my desired workflow to work, I think the following items are important:

• easy access the Queue and Episodes from any screen
• easy way of marking episodes as played and/or remove it from queue. Swipe right/left on an episode would work just fine. #1849
• easy way of adding items to the queue. Swipe right/left on an episode would work just fine. #1850

While writing this I understood that the next episode that will auto play after the current one is the fist in the Queue. I like that, so please ignore the it's very important to always know where the currently playing item part of my initial comment.

Please take all these notes as suggestions and not demands or critique.

The scope of work for this current ticket would just be for the "custom navigation tabs" part. The more we can isolate work into smaller issues, the more likely we are to prioritize and get the work done.
