the cover image intermittently didn't work despite the episode being downloaded locally.

@kreonjr this is supposed to be done already...but on my flight back from Dallas images were not loading for me on the airplane 🤦‍♂️

This should be fixed...but I'm not sure. Will reopen if it comes up again.
