Memory usage tweaks to improve usage of memory

Tweaks to when to load up objects and avoid getting ALL OBJECTS on load. This avoids filling memory up for larger config sites

There may be some issues with this and i18n integration etc with some post type/taxonomy labels, we should test and confirm.

This also needs conflict resolution.
