If "Update Pods item if entry is updated" is checked, Pictures get saved in Media Library again under new name

Issue Overview

The Feed is set to update the pods item if the entry is updated. Pictures dont get overwritten, but added to Media Library. On Update of anything in the Entry, the Pictures get duplicated and again added to Media Library. This behaviour results in multiple copies of media files which bloats the Media Library and space! Also the old media files dont get deleted and not even detached from the post! Always the newest saved pictures get used only by the post...
