Conditional logic not working

Configuring the feed conditional logic isn't working with multiple feeds. It defaults to use the latest feed created even if it's been disabled.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Create 2 pods feeds
2. Add Conditional logic
3. Test with form submission
