Use correct activation URL

When registering a new user with the Radiator CMS, you get an activation email with the Radiator activation URL and not the Radiator CMS URL. Could be confusing for the user. There needs to be an redirect after activating or the CMS needs to handle the activation via a special page and a REST endpoint.
