[User Story] Let users change their display name

As a user with a login I want to be able to change my display name

Acceptance Criteria

  1. The display_name must be shown and editable in the user profile page currently accessible in the phoenix-ui when clicking on the user icon top right.
  2. The username should be shown just for orientation as well as unchangeable
  3. The display name should be just be referred to as "Name" in the UI.
