Expected behavior

Trying to Import the Export of my existing setup to a new installation due to Server Migration

Actual behavior

While trying to import the File <foblofon.podlove.2023-01-15.xml> I get this (German) error message: "Du bist leider nicht berechtigt, diesen Dateityp hochzuladen." File Content seems to be broken - see first two lines of the XML: ‹ í½iwÛH’.üùö¯À¸ßöT)JØk¦ærµÝ^Jm¹Ê3}{ŽH¦$´I@ €–]}ú¿¿™
