Emoji in Title field will prevent saving the episode correctly
Hi,
For our new Episode the Title contains an Emoji. When entering this in the Title field in the Publisher, the Episode will not be saved into the Database. The Table "podlove_episode" will not get an entry and the files are not correctly linked to the blogpost/feed.

Expected behavior
Title with Emoji will be saved to data base and episode can be listened to.
Actual behavior
Episode is not saved, files are not linked and episode can not be listened to.
