Enhancement: Save warning on podcast episode settings / auto saving of podcast episode settings

Hi,

it seems that the podcast episode settings are not saved on draft automatically nor do I get a warning, when leaving the draft page and haven´t saved the episode post, while new settings are made within the podcast episode settings meta box.

I think it would be a great enhancement, when meta box settings of podlove are saved automatically at the wordpress draft saving cycle and if I would get a warning when leaving the page and unsaved options are available.
