.tmp GeoLite2-City files not deleted automatically on webserver

Expected behavior

Podlove should not pile temporary (.tmp) geo-data on the users webserver. Temporary data should get deleted every now and then to save webspace.

Actual behavior

There will be a collection of temporary (.tmp) GeoLite2-City files that do not get deleted. They are 28.79 MB each.
