[Bug] UI/UX - Missing field company name when supporter represents a company

(UI/UX) Irrelevant field if the user register as a Company in the Support Form

To Reproduce 5 of 5 times Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to dev.podkrepi.bg/support
  2. Click on "Компания"
  3. Click on "Напред" button
  4. Choose either "Компания Дарител" or "Компания Доброволец"

Expected behavior To see the field for Company name, not Needed field for "Family"

From my perspective, a human being is creating the submission no matter they sign up for company supporter. We need to have the first and last name of the person that created the submission.

I agree we might add another new field so they enter "Company name", beside the person names.
