Too long name for added photos in campaigns / irregularity

To Reproduce

  1. Open https://dev.podkrepi.bg/campaigns/testova-aktivna-kampaniya-5/irregularity
  2. Click on button Upload files
  3. Add photos with long names (Example viber photowith name : 0-02-01-8507fb36dd9932fc39a1b93dd43e46784d602995409b9154e410cd3e71a5fbc2_1f93441366a446.jpg)
