Improvement. UI. Add Full Screen Button

The button should be placed at the right upper corner of the app: image

It should have 3 states:

  • Default
  • Maximazed (the components should fill all the size of the client area with no margins/paddings and centration)
  • Full Screen

The state should be stored for user and restored on next open. For FullScreen option Maximazed option can be used
