Pull version from poetry version

Currently the version is hardcoded in subscriber/podaac_access.py, so it has to be manually updated in two places: subscriber/podaac_access.py and pyproject.toml. We should pull the version from pyproject.toml instead of hardcoding it in subscriber/podaac_access.py
