Unable to Build Project

The missing file is packages/Xamarin.Android.Support.Vector.Drawable.23.3.0/build/Xamarin.Android.Support.Vector.Drawable.targets. (BottomNavigationBar)

Tried removing package and reference from project.. nothing worked.

Please help
