thumbfast Thumbnail not showing for Streaming link or Youtube video link

I've installed thumbfast script and it successfully works and shows thumbnails when playing local files. But it shows blank or black screen in thumbnail window for a streaming link or YouTube video link. I've also change network=yes in thumbfast.conf but it still not working.

I don't know if it's difficult to make it work on streaming link or not but I guess it should work for cached part of video while streaming if not full video.

I'm aware of issues with the current code. Much better support for YouTube streams is being worked on at #147.

By streaming I meant, any download link like gdrive, onedrive, etc. which also have support for streaming.
