The example at https://pnpm.io/pnpmfile#hooksreadpackagepkg-context-pkg

doesn't work: context.log is not a function

it looks like the signature (pkg, context) has changed

What version of pnpm are you using? I checked this sample with v6.14.6 and it works as expected:

I don't remember changes to the signature. If it doesn't work then it is a bug.
