💡 [Feature]: Update `wiki` link in the extension to a new name and new URL
🎯 Aim of the feature
We just released our new docs with URL https://pnp.github.io/vscode-viva/ But in our VS Code extension help and feedback section, we are still pointing to wiki https://github.com/pnp/vscode-viva/blob/a2cb7a00f4225ec81037474b5171bed89b853e06/src/panels/CommandPanel.ts#L349
The idea is to update this link name to Docs and URL to point to our Docs webpage
ALSO We should update all the links in walkthrough and readme file to point to our new docs, or just remove them for now and then re-add them once we have our new structure of docs

lets do that the normal way, so pointing to dev branch and then it will go to stable release, so main once we release .
No need to rush this as we are still thinking of rebuilding our docs webpage and also when we do a release blog post we may do some promoting around that as well
