💡 [Feature]: Shorten command name in command palette. Follow-up of PR #466
🎯 Aim of the feature
PR #466 shortened the command prefix from 'SharePoint Framework Toolkit' to 'SPFx Toolkit' for all actions. However, some commands still appear with the longer prefix in the command palette due to the view container name not updated.

Let's update the viewsContainers/activitybar name to 'SPFx Toolkit' and verify that prefix for all commands are consistent.
